I've followed Magoo's story from the beginning and I remember crying and laughing and keeping my fingers crossed for you. And boy, what a pleasure to see him grooming the kittens and smelling the flowers

Thanks everybody for the sweet words about Magoo. He really is a special boy.

Richard, I finally got my bladder under control from the Pervy poem and then I read Magoo's!

You are killing me with these poems! I swear I'm going to print them all out and frame them when you are done!

    I applaud your talent!

This is what I love about Pettalk, and Magoo too! That he's inspired so many others to open their homes, and hearts and take a risk of adopting less than perfect kitties. But to me they're all perfect despite the quirks, and missing parts. I'm so glad that you were able to stick it out Lisa, and come to love each other after such a brutal start. Kisses galore for Magoo, and (((HUGS))) for you & hubby too!!

This is such a happy ending for such a sad start for Magoo. And you guys are wonderful to keep him for as long as it took for him to settle in and believe that he's got a home and loved too. This is a beautiful story for a lovely cat and his great family.

Thank You Kim for this wonderful siggy

From the very beginning, I never get tired of the Magoo story. He's such a special PT baby. Ooh Goo! Give him a tummy schmoozle for me!

The Magoo story had me hooked from the very beginning.
It is truly amazing what a loving and sweet cat he became.
What really blew me away is when Sirrabed came to visit how friendly and calm
he was around strangers and then the adorable pictures of him and Abigail.

Magoo, you’re simply adorable - even know your mommy calls you a fat fluffy butterball.

Thanks to BCBlondie for this great signature!

Lisa...look at the healthy and happy kitty you've grown! Magoo is soooo lucky to have you as his meowmie. You're the BEST!!!

Magoo....you're so lovely, honey! I love all your pictures and would LOVE to come over there and cuddle you in my arms. You be sure and give your meowmie lots of nose kisses and head butts, OK? She loves you a lot, as do your PT aunties and uncles. xoxo ♥ ♥

    Another Ditto.

Lisa, I know I've mentioned this before but this is one of those things that I wished my mother would have lived to see the outcome. I have had a few of those over the past 10 months but Magoo's story is a big one. The last day I spent with her I told her all about Magoo and your hand. In fact she was going to check PT for me while I was in DC and give me updates when I called in to check on her. Funny how some things stick with you.

That's a wonderful story. I had gone back and read all of the information I could find about Mr. Magoo, including the very first threads you had ever posted about him. He is one special kitty, and if people never believed in miracles before, anyone who reads his story should believe in them now!

I am so impressed with the love everybody here on PT has for their pets, and ALL of the pets whose stories are told here. I have become addicted to this site, and just can't seem to get enough of it!

I think that this is the most heartwarming story that I've ever read. Magoo has touched all of our lives and still continues to do so. I'll never get tired of hearing about him or seeing his pictures. He sure is one special and precious boy.
