Not to worry about the nose check! My vet set me straight, big time!!! The nose of a dog, dry, wet, cold or warm, is NO indication of fever or general state of health! So there! If she does have a fever though, it could be for any of a dozen reasons. Fever is just an indication that the body is fighting some type of infection. The fever in itself is not bad, but the reason why. Have you ever taken her temp? You could, you know! Just a regular old hiney thermometer and 2 minutes is all you need. (Can you believe I'm a nurse and say hiney??
) Just watch her Audrey. If she starts to vomit again, maybe your Dad will let you call the vet. What a good Mom you are! Love, Sandra
