My dogs howl at sirens also.
But they also will howl when they
are lonely or upset.
IF I take Sheba to the vet, or anywhere
without Rocky.
Rocky will start howling not understanding whey he can go for a car ride also.
Luckly I have a great neighbor who
will talk to him and than he calms downs.
