1stly...do you frequently "jail" your cats???..(that may be reason they are door dashers)...2ndly your actions toward mischief could have set puddin off, in a defevsive mode...i must say that i don't recomend "jailing" your cats, this tells me that there are under lying problems that need to be dealt with...there are vets and others that may help you tame unruly cats....good luck....
