Have you tried adjusting or messing with the exposure setting on your camera? That bit of glare reminds me of how my pics look when I have the exposure set too high in too bright an area. For example, this pic of Tash. The background is blurry because it is focused on Tasha, but you can see the surroundings look kind of hazy/washed out from the exposure being on high:



The picture of them together is beautiful though. I would definitely vote "angel" as the correct term for Bailey
