But, but, how can one choose among so many beautiful looks???

Face it, Edwina is stunning no matter WHAT she wears!
I'm sometimes asked "Why do you spend so much of your time and money talking about kindness to animals when there is so much cruelty to men?" I answer: "I am working at the roots." -George T. Angell, reformer (1823-1909)

She looks great in any kind of hat or scarf. You can't go wrong when you're Edwina.

Edwina's beautiful, no matter what she wears!

I love her wearing the scarf, that is how women go to church on Easter morning here

Sara, I understand your dilemma: being her mommy you prefer the second hat because it makes YOU look younger

But of course, just like any pre-teen, Edwina prefers to look grown up which is the first hat (Me too I think it looks very cool and just right for a Spanish holiday).

And the scarf: yes, she looks like a Russian babushka or a Moldovan- however they are called there

I Do like the middle one best HH - very spring-like and pretty. Maybe you sould keep the more formal look for the races at Ascot, and the scarf for when you come to visit me in the Middle East

Does Eddie have an opinion about this, or is he not getting involved

Thanks Kay for my great sig & avatar!!!

Edwina is beautiful in all of her different hats! You can tell she wasn't wild about them though...how did you get them to stay on her head long enough to snap good pictures? I can't get my cats to keep anything on their heads for long...just ask Bailey or Leila about the Christmas Santa hat and antlers they wore in 2003 for family Xmas pics...they were not happy about that at all.

Thanks to krazyaboutkatz for the cute avatar and wolf_Q for the cute siggy!

Rest in Peace, sweet Leo. You are sorely missed!
Since I last posted, we have another new addition - Tabitha, as of fall 2008.

Ha Ha!!!! Perfect theme song for Edwina!!!

Edwina, I definitely prefer the spring bonnet that your secretary picked out. Save the black on for more formal occasions.

Oh Edwina, while I agree with your mum, I think anything you wear looks fabulous on you.

    LOL

Sorry Ms Edwina, but in the last pic you remind me of my old Polish Great Grandmother.

I have to agree though, that the first one is just not too "Eastery" and should be saved for a more formal occassion. I tend towards the second, but I like the intercontinental feel of the last....after all....if that's what ladies in Moldova wear on Easter.....
