PBS and CNN aired two riveting documentaries on the soldiers in Iraq.......Frontline was the PBS special and I don't remember the name of the CNN special.........

PBS followed a group of soldiers that named themselves the Misfits- and India Company was the subject of the CNN special.

Catch some of the interviews with the soldiers.

Is that the one where they showed a soldier shoot a stray dog because he claims it was "coming at him"? How he came to that conclusion when the dog was trotting along in the opposite direction several yards away and barking, I don't know. And instead of quickly putting the dog out of it's misery while it was spinning, screaming and flopping on the ground bleeding to death, they just stood there and watched it die. Sorry, but I didn't find that very riveting.

I was on my way to work when I was put on a detour route.

The cops closed down one lane of a two lane street, put up cones with little signs that said, "Keep to the Right".

Had I "Kept to the Left' I would have been in trouble.

Who knew driving and politics had so much in common.
