It makes us so mad also. It's unbelievable this sweet one was dumped. It was obvious she has irresponsible pet owners. She was not fixed, had fleas, matted, but she's all better now! It's a good thing she's leaving this evening or we'd probably have another cat!
She's just so loving and sweet. I sure hope she gets a wonderful home!
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers
