If this happens again, rather than a total reformat you can run what's called a "repair install". This takes your computer "back in time' to before the virus attack. It works very well most of the time. "Snapshots" of your machine from different times reside in some secret place in the win directory.
Thanks, i have tried that before and for some reason it does not work on my computer . And then i get frustrated and give up lol.
