I don't travel too much except for to my parents' house 3 hours away. Whenever I go there, I always take the dogs and cat with me.

If I am going to be busy for a whole day without being able to come home and check on them, then they will go to my sister's for the day. If I ever have to go out of town without them, they will either go to my sister's or my parents' house.
