Me too. Nino was wearing a halti head collar I had bought at PetSmart, and the groomer was really afraid of him! When she put the collar/leash combo thingy around his neck I slipped off the halti and she freaked out and told me that if he was even wearing that thing, I would need to keep it on. I told her it wasn't a muzzle, but a halti and that I had bought it in that very store. She took him and tied him REALLY close to the far wall, and handled him really roughly! (remember it's glass and she knew that I could see her handling him.) I go to Petsmart anyway, just not the grooming part of it. Our store is 3 miles away and I rollerblade there.
