Good morning all (sort of, it's snowing like crazy in the DC area) Today is National Chili Day! YUM! I started cooking up some cheap beef at O-dark-thirty this morning so I'll start some chili for later. I'll let Richard provide the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Speaking of which... let's crank up the jukebox.......

Good morning everyone....I'll take some chili when it's ready!!!! Another beautiful day here today. Sunny skies and it's supposed to get up to 50 deg. F today. Yah....shorts weather.

I'm worried about Gini. Anyone heard from her? Maybe all that Cali rain has her up half the night pumping out the basement.....please check in when you can girl!

Edit: never mind....Gini emailed me at my work address (I'm at home now). She's OK, just trying to keep the basement dry.

Bartender...any chance of sending a bucket of slushies over to Gini's to keep her company???

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Gini, what a great idea!! I haven't made a sand castle in years. Might need a new pail and shovel, though! Right now, I'll take a HOT spanish coffee because the snow is starting to pile up here in Pittsburgh. Chili will hit the spot too!

Crusty, chewy sourdough bread is good too though.. hey LET'S HAVE IT ALL! And of course a side of dozie dotz for Mrs phrED

    HI, everyone!

Our snow is all gone. I think it left to go visit David!

I got a new vcr/dvd player and even managed to hook it up all by myself. IT EVEN WORKS!!!!!
Now I need to figure how to get my video games to work on it. AWK!!!

Could I get a cherry vanilla DR. Pepper? I actually found some in one of our stores and tried it. It's pretty good!

If the nurse checks in, I could sure use something for my back. It's bothering me lots today. OWIE!

Sorry, you got the snow. Our ground was so wet and warm that it melted as it hit.

The cherry vanilla Dr. Peppers are pretty good. They even come in diet.
