Thank you and your mom for saving this baby. I don't understand why it took two weeks for someone to finally call about the dogs. I also don't know the laws in your town, but where I'm from it is illegal to abandon your pets like that. Essy didn't get in this condition in 2 weeks either so y'all need to report this to the local animal control or humane society and the police. These owners need to be tracked down and charged. Since you have pics of her condition that is the most valuable evidence against these a-holes. Maybe even some pics of the dead male if possible and pics of the condition of the place they came from. Before I even saw the pics I knew for some reason it had to be a Pit Bull. I think when you said she crawled into your lap and covered you in kisses even though she was scared is what gave it away.
