Unfortunately it will probably never end. We've been doing this for 5 - 6 years now, and it never ceases to amaze us. Gracie is adorable and so sweet. Hard to believe she could be dumped. We thought she was a new feral since we spotted her over a week ago, but she would never come to us. Then one day she just strolled up and let us pet her! So now she'll be fixed and hopefully in a new indoor only home soon!
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers
