My old dog Bob use to go fetch the ball & I would put my hands together & he would drop the ball in my hands so I could throw it again for him. I think he was a professional ball player in another life. Our dog Baxter has to take the tennis ball over to the drinking bowl & drop it in to take a drink when he is playing ball. It makes the ball so swooossshhhyy afterwards. They also chew the balls up & once they get a small hole in one they will make it pop & pop & pop.
