I generally like to do a roast on the BBQ on Saturdays. This week I've got a leg of lamb, fat trimmed and scored on top. It's been marinating in mustard, honey & fresh mint & rosemary, a sprinkle of craked pepper on top just before it goes on the BBQ. Some razorback potatoes and buttered baby peas & corn.
(Best washed down with a cabernet/merlot )
Though I wouldn't mind trying some of Gracies Moms steak that been simmering in beer all day.![]()
