    Tonight I had a Mexican thingie that Mike brought back from Texas, I forgot what he called it but it was yummy.. Then I had some Jambalaya and a brownie. Mexican, cajun and the all American CHOCOLATE!!! Mmmmmm... what a meal.

    We went to Red Lobster!!

    I had a Shrimp,Lobster & Aspargus Alfredo(something like that,dont remember the name of it ) but it was REALLY good!!

    I am going to a dinner party tonight, in about 5 hours. One of my friends is celibrating a new buisness venture. We are having, Roast Beef, Vegies and some fancy desert. Oh and i am making the Vodka Jelly (Jello) shots .

    I generally like to do a roast on the BBQ on Saturdays. This week I've got a leg of lamb, fat trimmed and scored on top. It's been marinating in mustard, honey & fresh mint & rosemary, a sprinkle of craked pepper on top just before it goes on the BBQ. Some razorback potatoes and buttered baby peas & corn.
    (Best washed down with a cabernet/merlot )

    Though I wouldn't mind trying some of Gracies Moms steak that been simmering in beer all day.
