Alright, well, we're home and everything is going ok. He is slowly settling in but he still has only sat down for a total of ten minutes. He is already using the doggy-door! He's been in and out of it almost non-stop. When I brought him home, we played in the backyard for a while, when we went to go in, he wouldn't come to me, I finally got him and carried him in. He soon went out the doggy door and wouldn't come to me so I left him there. After about twenty minutes I went to check on him and he was half-way in the doggy door, so I left him alone again and ten minutes or so later he came paddin' in the living room. He is very timid, if you move quickly he runs away; he is scared of the tv and all mirrors (even glass that he can see himself in). Bud and Tash are not being as hospitible as I'd hoped but nothing major. They growl at him a bit but he is so good-natured, he just stands there with his nose about an inch away from them with his tail wagging wildly. When they stop growling, he seems to think the fun is over and walks away. He is quite impressed with the bone/toy collections that Bud and Tash have and has been dragging bones and toys all over the house and out the doggy door. I realize it'll be a bit of an adventure yet, but first impressions are this is going to work out just fine. Here's a few pictures:

"Holy crap, there's a bone right here in the snow!" This was less than five minutes of his being here!

This is the only time he sat down so far, luckily a friend had stopped by so I got him to grab the camera.

I haven't managed to get any good shots in the house as he seems a little scared of the camera, like I'm chasing him or something. Again, he's very timid, but already showing signs of getting better. He sure loves to be petted!
By the way, I meant to mention, the pound was calling him a Husky/Greyhound cross??
