Well, rats, Debbie. I'm sorry that Marty will not be a part of your family as you would've given her a wonderful home. But I am more sorry that the breeder's note was upsetting for you. Please don't take any of what she had to say too personally. You don't know this lady at all and it may be that she is just a less than warm and generous individual. Any normal PTer would've read the e-mails you sent to the breeder and would have seen a woman who loves her furbabies completely, who dotes on them and was anxious and excited about adding to her family. It's obvious the breeder is not "one of us" and remember now, WE are the prototype for the bestest cat parents ever! Don't know what HER problem was but it was definitely HER and not you that was the problem. Don't fret for one more second, my pet. You are a great lady and your enthusiasm, love and compassion for kitties are just one part of what makes you great. As my mother would say, "That woman (the breeder) isn't worth ONE of your tears".
