I am glad you found help, why is your mom yelling at you in this situation?? It's not your fault and she should take it seriously(I am not saying she doesn't take it seriously) but you should atleast tell your mom(If you feel comfortable telling her) that you seeked help for your friend and then your mom should be proud of you for doing the right thing.
