thats horrible, but actually pretty common.

my friends dog was stolen right out of his backyard. He jumped into his car and started driving around to try and find the pup (he had only been missing about 10 minutes) the found him, being dragged by a young guy. when they confronted this man, he has the guts to say "this is my dog, i don't know what you are talking about". the dog (gilie) still had his collar and name tag on!!! some people really amazing me
