    My limit's 3. But I think 2, actually, is a more optimal amount for me. I notice more chaos when there's 3.

    It depends if the dog is REALLY hyper or mellow, I have 2 active dogs right now. I think I could handle 1 or 2 more so I put 2-4.

    in my town it is illegal to own more then two dogs depending on if you have acers....

    I only count me as owning one,
    and my parents have two...


    when i move out i will take Tikeya and get another dog.

    Right now I have 3 dogs, 2 are mine. I think 3 is a nice number. Although, now that our house is huge and we have 4 acres, I don't think adding more will hurt
