Very funny movie, laughed through thye whole thing!

What the cat does is flushed the dog down the toilet. Jynx(cat) was trained to go there because of his precious RV, he didn't want it ruined. The toilet bowl cleaner is blue and died the dogs fur blue. Hehehe!
