Ohh I've had ringworm sooo many times now, its not even funny. Working in a shelter will do that to ya though. In all the cases of ringworm I have seen, I've never seen bleeding involved in it. It could be though that the dog is itching so hard that its causing it to bleed.

I would definately see the vet.
