Stacwase, ex was extremely mean to him. I don't know exactly what he did to him when he got home in the morning but I had to listen to Duke scream. It's something I'll never forget. I told Nancy(pet psychic) that maybe Duke is picking up on my guilt of that situation. I've tried to make it up to him every day of my life. That could be why he feels he needs love so much, also. She really was amazing.
Kay, I hate it that he doesn't enjoy being with the girls also but remember, it's not what we think, it's what he's feeling. I can keep him put up some when I'm there. We can take turns like we've been doing. Too bad they can't all just be one happy family, though. Would be so cool.

Since I have been on pettalk I have been so impressed with your love for Duke...I have always felt like he is the most loved dog in the world. Whatever happened before wasn't your fault and I know how much you love him so of course he does.

I took casey to a pet psychic that was at petsmart one day, it was free and I guess you get what you pay for..I was hoping for some insight like you got, I just know casey was abused.

I just got my reading on Smokey yesterday. Nancy called me
to give it & then ask if I had any other questions. She is pretty
amazing & very accurate with both Smokey & Maggie. She gave
me info on Maggie also.

notes from the reading...
-he is always fearful because he always thinks he is leaving...always worried about what is going to happen
-showed me coming from a place that was cold,gray, scary and noisey
-showed being dragged on a leash
-no kids around
-happy where he is but not fully comfortable...not sure what will happen to him...worried he is going to have to leave
-feels he is not liked as much as the other pets...
-likes the other dog a lot...really likes the other dog
(other dog has a lot of spirt, very fun, lots of life, very confident)
-smokey is not particulary a happy dog
-seems to always have some doubt in the back of his mind
-low self esteem...low confidence
-does not feel like he is staying...has there been some talk of him leaving?
-he feels like he is not always welcome....
***i discussed with him that he is very much loved and that he is not going anywhere. that he is in the home he will always be in. i told him that his job is to keep the car nice and to walk the borders in the backyard since he seems to like doing that so much.***

That's a lot to get from a picture. She also gave me some info
on flower essences to add to his water. Should have a calming
effect on Smokey.
