Extreme Makeover Home Edition, for sure, is my favorite.

I also try to see The Apprentice, West Wing, Law and Order, and Law and Order SVU (?), every week. My "cheesy" tv is on Monday when I watch Las Vegas if I have the chance. And I'm a sucker for Food Network or HGTV, anyday.
