Yesterday, January 8th, was my parents' Golden 50th Wedding Anniversary! I am so very thankful and blessed to not only have my parents living for this long, but to actually have them still married to eachother. I wish so badly that my children could have been able to say the same, but that won't be the case.

My hubby and I went over to their house last night and celebrated. We gave them a gold 50th Anniv. tray, and I made a little framed print on my computer for them. Funny ... it cost me nothing, and that's what my mom loved the most! She immediately hung it on her living room wall!

My Dad gave Mom a DVD player for her bedroom, and she gave him a gold pocket watch, engraved for their anniversary. My sister brought some wedding petit fours. It was a wonderful night, and we got to watch a newly transferred video of their actual wedding ceremony!!! The camera shop also added music to it ... "Goin' to the chapel, and we're gonna get married ..." It is PERFECT because most of the video was of each of them getting ready! What a blessed night, and I just wanted to share a few pics with my PT friends!
