I think it pretty much depends on the individual dog. But GSM's usually & generally have an inbetween activity level.
Most puppies are usually hyper, regardless of the breed.
She may be mellower just cause from all the stress being at a pet store (being shipped, customers, small cage, no exercise, different foods etc...)
