I went out and visited Andy Sunday evening. He was chipper and very mobile.
We played kissy face on the couch for a bit.

He doesn't really sit in one place for a long time. He stands for periods of time and "zips" about the house, moving from chair to chair.
A physical therapist stopped by Sunday morning and gave Andy some paperwork on exercises he can do. He uses his right arm quite a bit but doesn't have full range of it yet. His incision hinders it a bit.
Which by the way is a lot bigger than we first thought. It's about a 5 inch incision that is stapled shut.
Where the chest tube was inserted is two carved out 'holes'. We took pictures and I'll post links once his mom sends them to me. So those that are curious can look.
He's been packing in food, but you can't tell now of course. It'll be awhile before a noticable difference.
Andy's mom asked if I'd be visiting for Thanksgiving and before I could reply, Andy said 'only if Kia can come'. His mom agreed and that's that. Kia and I will be there for the weekend. I have that Thurs. and Friday off work.
So it'll be a nice 4 day weekend.
Andy says hi!
