Last year the entire personnel processing building was shut down at a US fort for a similar reason...seems a soldier's significant other didn't want him to stray and sent him some toys. The package fell off the shelf in the PO and started buzzing. They evac'd the building and the soldier had to come open and claim the package on the spot, then the entire incident (including the contents of the package) was written up and sent out as an incident report. That had us laughing for days.
