Kay, can you make a blinkie and sig for a friend of mine?

Her cat's name is Teddy!

Here are some pics, I *tried* to fix the eyes a little, it's hard because they are blue, if you can do any better you can go right ahead lol

Also if the eyes look too bad, you could make it black and white
