New Orleans is now a parking lot. They have ordered them to get out and TV showed stand still traffic on the interstate down there. My brother and his family are on the west bank down there and I am sure he is/has sent her out of there but he has to stay since he is a policeman. Traffic up here has gotten far worse, my grand daughter said wal mart is a mad house, people are stealing things out of other peoples buggies and purses right and left there.

5pm news calls for the weather to start tomorrow afternoon and get worse as the time goes on so I guess I will get out of here earlier than I had planned. The storm itself will not actually hit unitl the wee hours of Thursday morning, even as late as daylight. This is NOT fun, I hate things that interrupt my "normal" life.
