I have a Wacom tablet. I think I paid around 100 some bucks for it. (well worth it IMO)

And no, I didn't do it all in adobe, just the inking. I sketched it in open canvas and colored in open canvas. I just used the pen tool to do my outlines in adobe. (you can do all those sets in adobe though, I just prefer OC cause it's so easy to use haha)
