The page where you update, after the field to type a message there will be something that says

"(HTML okay; by default, newlines will be auto-formatted to
- or, use the rich text mode.)"


Click on Rich text.

This will bring you to another screen, and one of the little buttons is a picture of a kid. Click on that nad paste the URL in the pop-up box that appears. As far as layouts, anyone that wants help PM me
