Ya know what amazes me??? The stupidity of people. Rather than spay/neuter their cats, they find all of a sudden the cat is pregnant and the owner dumps their responsibility off on someone else!!!

I believe that a law should be made that unless you are a licensed breeder (and have to pay every year for a license to breed) that anyone else owning a pet, HAS to have it spayed/neutered.
