I have been reducing them on irfanview first. I agree the last picture is the right size. In that picture, I copied and pasted everything from the IMG line under the photo.
While in the others, I right clicked on the picture itself. Then copied and pasted the address(?) that dropped down. (like I did in Imagestation).
