Laura, not receiving calls happens a lot. Maybe the recruiting person was stuck in a meeting, they're waiting sign-off from someone else, or got sick and wasn't at work today etc. I hope you get a call soon. If not, I'd give them a follow-up call Friday afternoon or Monday morning to get an update.
