As my daughter would say, I feel you. Same thing with Jeffrey. We have started keeping the trash can in the laundry room which is next to the kitchen. The door to that room always stays closed A friend of mine keeps her can in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Hope this helps. Good luck!
