yes he is neutered. he's litterbox trained in his cage but he doesn't have one up staris out in the hoouse, he's onlly allowed out for a little bit he has to go for "piddle breaks" every so often so he can't have just had an accident.hats what we thought at first but then we noticed that he always did it on the blanket and he would go on the balanket and immeditaly pee there
