I say yes to calling and relaying your experience, followed by a written complaint to the office and letting them know that at one time you thought 'They were the salt of the earth' but, that you may be taking your business elsewhere now.

I have had bad experiences too, however we only have 3 vets in the immediate area and I explained to the one the furkids see now that he wouldn't take his Children to a pediatrician he didn't trust or one that had lousy bedside manner, etc... I point blankly told him My children may have four legs and fur but they are My Kids and deserve the same QUALITY of care.... he's been a great vet since that convo.
