If you had all the time and money you needed and healthy dogs, what would you feed them if you could?

I'm doing primary homecooked (in the future) because I want to know exactly what my dog is getting, I believe in variation (for health as well as preference reasons), and I've seen some great results.

EDIT: No contoversy please. Everyone can have an opinion or state some facts, but keep it nice. I'd like to add the results to my site...
