CCL,

All my cats are rescues. Carly was a rescue from a breeder who had lost her house. When she first came to live with me she was VERRRRRY shy. She's alot better now.

MooShoo and Shortie were also rescues from BAD breeders. Shortie lived the first year of her life in a cage with no human or feline contact. I met her at her first cat show. She did awful. I offered to foster her and try and socialize her. The breeder, dubbed "The Mad Scientist" said okay but wanted to breed her because she IS the most perfect calico Munchkin (that's the only thing I agree on ). But she came down the Pyometria, a uterine infection, and had to be spayed. I call her my $25 short, multi-colored kitty cat.

MooShoo also came from a bad breeder who neglected to treat his litter for a herpes virus in their eyes. He is blind in his right eye and can only see shadows in his left. But he's a great cat/dog. Loves going by-by in the car with me. He's a real "people" cat and loves the attention. He reached his "Regal" title in the household pet category in AACE cat shows, and was named 13th Best Household Pet Kitten Nationally. I love the bald dude.

The only one who isn't a rescue is Mollie Rose. She was born on the Bill Wilson Farm in East Dorset, VT. She was my very first kitty and is now almost 10 years old.
