Lady and Nebo went to the Utah County Pet Fair on Saturday!They had quite a nice time!
I'm not sure if I've ever had so many people take one look at Nebo and say "OMG does that dog bite??" in my life though. We had the halti's on both of them for most of the day...nobody said anything about Lady. Guess Nebo just naturally looks vicious.
He also naturally looks feminine too, as everyone assumed he was a girl, as usual. Well, except for the lady that wouldn't SHUT UP trying to convince me that I shouldn't have neutered him because she had a husky she wanted to breed and blah blah blah.Sorry lady, little late for that--wouldn't have happened anyway!
Ahh yes...and then there was the lady I met at Strut Your Mutt earlier this year. She had a Nebo look-a-like husky, red and white, blue eyes (I believe I posted a pic). Well, according to her it was an alaskan malamute, but it wasn't. She recognized Nebo and came over to talk to me. She informed me that she had to get rid of her dog a few weeks ago because she was getting out and digging up the yard. If she would have read just one article about huskies before getting the dog she would have known that huskies are known to do that! HELLO! And she had some little dog now...ugh...
Done ranting about the ignorant people now, almost to the pics. I also happened to run into the other dog that is in Nebo's class, Mickey the irish setter. Then later my trainer showed up.
