When my RB Pepper had a very bad URI, I had him sit in front of a vaporizer
I did something similar with Corkscrew when he had his URI. When I would take a shower I would bring him into the restroom with me so he could breath in some of the steam. It seemed to help him breathe a little easier. I hope that Boo feels better soon.
