Katie, I'm so sorry to hear about Cubby's behavioral problem. I have 4 male cats and they're all neutered and have never done the humping thing before. If your former vet messed up Cubby's neutering, then you should at least try to get your money back and possibly report him/her to the better business bureau. Good luck and please keep us updated.
