There's an adult male Tibetan Spaniel ('Tibbie') looking for a home at the City of Alvin Animal Control c/-Alvin Police Department, TEXAS.
(He's not really in police custody...the animal control is just connected with the police department in that city. He looks so cute sitting in his enclosure (cell?)!
His name is Chance & it says 'I'm a good friend that needs a good home.'
