Birds are unpredicatable and well, for lack of a better word, "flighty." Cat's can't do harm if you know how to read them. They give plenty of warning signs to let you know if they don't want to be touched. Cat's also can't come flying up behind you and get their legs tangled in your hair.. birds, on the other hand, have that ability. I don't like anything that flies, basically. I hate the flapping noise of the wings and if a wild bird was in my car while I was driving, I'm pretty darn sure it would be flapping around my face..
