You can get Rescue Remedy at a GNC store or I think, any health food store. If you don't have GNC where you are, I can pick it up here and mail it to you. It costs around $10. It has herbs that calm. I'd give it to both Zam and L.B. Let me know.

NEVER smack a cat. If you have a water bottle, keep it handy at all times so when the fighting starts, you can spray her.

You can also keep a can with coins in it. Cats HATE loud noises.
