Oh my gosh! I'm grinning from ear to ear! You guys are WONDERFUL friends, I am blessed to know you all.

It went very well! I got there with David and my parents at 11:45 a.m. and waited for maybe five minutes. My nurse came and got me and we signed papers and talked about the procedure and how I was feeling. She assured me it was going to be very easy and that I wouldn't feel a thing.

I put on my cute outfit and she took me to my bed and hooked me up to the machines. My heart monitor kept going off cause my heart beat was elevated due to nervousness. She gave me an IV and hooked me up to the fluids. (I "drank" 800 cc)

The anesthesiologist came in and we talked. He gave me some pain meds and then they wheeled me to the room. I started shivering and chattering my teeth (I do that when I'm nervous, I guess). My doctor put his hand on my forehead and told me everything was going to be OK. They were all so nice to me, that helped so much.

They had me swallow some liquid that would make any bubbles in my tummy go away and something to numb my throat. Then they gave me one of those oxygen things in my nose. They had me lay on my side and my doctor put this plastic thing in my mouth so I wouldn't bite my tongue. Then....they turned out the light and I guess the anesthesiologist must have been giving me drugs, cause that's the last thing I remember.

I woke up in the first room I was in and felt really good. So relaxed and comfy. The doctor came in and brought my family in to discuss what he saw. I don't remember much, but the nurse told me later that it didn't look scary....that's good news.

I drank my apple juice and got to go home! We went out for soup and then came home for a nap. Now, I'm sitting here with Noah and OLIVER (YAY!!!!) and yacking online.

I find out the results of the biopsys he took next week.

I can't even tell you how glad I am this is all over and how easy it really was. You all have been so helpful to me, all the prayers were answered....by far.

Thanks so much!!

Love, Kelly
