An Irish toast.

"May those who love us, love us
And those that don't love us, may God turn their hearts;
And if He doesn't turn their hearts
May He turn their ankles so we'll know them by their limping."

An Irish blessing: one of my ministers when I was growing up would use this as a benediction very often.

"May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
the rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of your hand."
